Had shit service from Jaegar last month. Will not be ordering again.
£6.50 to deliver one silk dress. Took a week to arrive. Shitola quality, was supposedly reduced from £250 to £75, wasn't even lined, so bit see through, and shapeless.
Sent back, took them 10 days to acknowledge receiving it. No refund after another week, had to chase.
Pish.
Don't know how they can get away with charging £6.50 for standard delivery that takes a week, when the likes of Next/Coast/KM/NAP offer next day delivery for half that, usually free.
