Properly fitting bras create back fat bulges: discuss

Recently had a bra fitting and discovered I should be in a 32d, not a 34c which I've been wearing for years. The new size fits perfectly around the front BUT creates a bulge round the back which doesn't look good with tight tops and which I never had with the 34. So is it a case of:

a) accepting this is just what properly fitting bras do, because they have to be tight around the back to fit at the front;
b) accepting I must just have a strangely shaped body and/or more back fat than I thought; or
c) looking for a new bra, in a different size or style?

TIA!

Yes! I'm having to embrace my newly found 'back fat'. I was fitted the other day and the assistant was horrified that I was wearing a 38d bra when I'm a 32ff Blush
I'm a size 10 and 27, so wasn't expecting to have this issue just yet - but there it is - following me wherever I go!
On the plus side, my boobs look much better Grin

I too have the dreaded Back Fat (what ever happened to the Fatback Band?.....)
One way of improving this is to buy the Comfort Bra from M and S. It is soooo comfy, costs £16 ( a huge amount for someone who usually buys their undies from Primark) but really great.
That said I am a 34A/B so maybe that makes a difference?
About the losing weight issue....unfortunately its is true. A friend recently lost rather alot of weight and is now BFF (Back Fat Free).
Personally I'd rather have the Back Fat and eat the odd eclair.....Grin
