Mid-late twenties skincare regime?

Hello, style and beauty experts!

Can anyone recommend a good skincare regime for a 27 year old woman who ought to have done this long ago? I've always moisturised and I exfoliate once a week/once every ten days, but I keep peering at my face and thinking that the first signs of wrinkles and shadows are creeping in.

At the moment I used a Neutrogena pink grapefruit face scrub to exfoliate, and morning and night I use Nivea light day moisturiser (in a tube, not the thick stuff that comes in the blue tub) with SPF 8.

I am severely lacking in eye cream, and I might be long overdue a night cream...

Any hints or tips?

I'm 29 and don't bother with seperate eye creams or night creams.

I use a cream cleanser, I'm using a pink l'oreal one at the moment which is really nice, I massage it all over my face then take off with a flannel soaked in warm water. I find if I do this I don't need to exfoliate. I wash the flannels after every use on a hot wash so they don't get manky.

Then I just use either Olay Complete Care moisturiser or L'Oreal triple action, these are both quite cheap but still have SPF protection which I think is the most important thing.

For daytime I use Olay effects and at night Nuxe Creme Merveillance, pricy but worth it. And Nuxe 3 roses cleansing milk. I find that my eyes tolerate both the Olay and Nuxe creme, but in the winter I use Nuxe Contourdes yeux prodigieux for extra moisture.
