Thanks for this have just reserved some.
Who knew argos did tjis type of stuff?

MrsMeow · 19/05/2011 15:01

I think it's a fairly recent thing, they do a lot of L'Oreal etc as well now.

I've not tried the 8 hr cream before, but at that price I thought I'd give it a go!

WHat do you use it for, do you put it on your face? Doesn't it make you really shiney?

HalfTermHero · 19/05/2011 19:54

Great heads up! Thank you. I have just reserved some. It is really good on dry skin, especially around the eyes.

cabbageroses · 19/05/2011 20:21

it's horrible stuff- it stinks and is sticky sticky sticky.

Even cheaper from the website CHEAPSMELLS which is an odd name but GREAT site and practically next day delivery. I got a big tub of 8 hr cream for £7.

It IS just vaseline with a dash of citronella though Grin

mosschops30 · 20/05/2011 16:07

Cheapsmells is fab but i couldnt get it cheaper on there at the moment.
It is a fab site, free delivery and great service

MissFoodie · 20/05/2011 16:21

its glorified vaseline, read the ingredients!

mosschops30 · 20/05/2011 17:19

Well vaseline didnt work on my hnds like this does.
Who cares if it works

NestaVipers · 20/05/2011 18:47

I got a 30ml tube for £7 in my local Medicare pharmacy. They are an N.I. based company but deliver throughout the UK and Ireland. With delivery it works out about the same as the Argos promotion. Has been fixed at that price since I bought my mine last summer, so maybe worth bearing in mind for all you 8 hour aficionados.

pinkytheshrinky · 20/05/2011 18:58

why is it £13 when I look? am I doing something wrong?

pinkytheshrinky · 20/05/2011 19:03

Oh I see I am looking at the wrong thing............... idiot!

KristinaM · 21/05/2011 08:11

I've just noticed that the Argos one is 50 mils and the cheap smells 200mls
