What treatments/products are brilliant for ageing hands and nails please?

My hands are rough and look old (I'm only 40!) My nails constantly split, the cuticles are dreadful.
I use rubber gloves and an emollient for eczema as normal hand cream doesn't do enough.
Apart from manicures, what should I try?
What products are best for old lady hands?!

Body Shop Hemp hand cream all the way!

I got a mini sample of this:
www.crabtree-evelyn.co.uk/eng/products/hands-feet/hand-care/hand-treatments/mini_60_second_hand_cream_fix_kit_?44284
and it really works. My raspy old hands (and I'm only 37) are v smooth and soft now.
Cant recomend anything for nails though, mine are poo Wink

Clarins hand and nail cream.

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. After years of splahing out on bodyshop/l'occitane/neals yard etc etc this is the only thing that has saved my poor work worn hands that looked like a 90 year olds.
Initially i had to use it a lot, now just put it on at night, its trandormed my hands

The Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream is now £11.50 in Argos (just read it on another thread and reserved mine this evening)!
Can also recommend the Clarins hand and nail cream (their foot cream is also brilliant if you have cracked heels, etc)

Flexitol provided they aren't cracked. Twice a day (gloves at night if you prefer), hands will be vastly better in a week.
