Heat protector spray to use with GHDs

I've got GHDs which I use occasionally and am a bit paranoid about damaging my hair. I've got some Tresemme Iron Style & Hold Spray but it just makes my hair feel a bit stiff - can anyone recommend anything better please??

Thanks :)

Sorry I know this is not what you are asking but FWIW I gave up using the protector sprays, tried loads and they just make your hair stiff and sticky and horrid. I have been using GHDs every single day for about five years and my hair is absolutely fine without the protector. I do like Aussies three minute miracle conditioner tho and that seems to keep everything as it should be. Try it without, it might be fine!

Ghd have one.

Dexter have you used the GHD one? If it's any good I'll give it a try, otherwise I might just give up on the whole idea...

My dd has it and she uses it with her ghd's. It seems to be good.

I agree with janmoomoo. I just deep condition once a week comb it through and I also use a overnight recovery balm which is really good.
Heat defence sprays were doing my fine limp hair no favours at all.

Lee Stafford poker straight spray.

I have used the GHD one, it isnt too sticky and does smell nice, but does make my hair very stiff, like cardboard. I wouldnt recommend it particularly.

I use the Aussie heat protector spray. Hair feels soft, smells lovely too.
