Pregnant - need hellp with shoes for a wedding please!

I am borrowing this dress to wear to a wedding in a couple of weeks. Will be 8 months pg and look like a ship in full sail I'm sure. I have no idea what to do about shoes - any ideas? TIA.

I also went to a wedding at 8 months - my tip is MARY JANES.
I was comfy all day and didn't have to worry about walking around, and felt quite smug that non-pregnant women all around me were complaining that their high heels were hurting them.

I ordered these from Next, but didn't leave enough time for them to arrive so bought some plainer ones.

Thanks Thell - am def not up for much of a heel, don't wear them much even when not pg so now would not be the time to start! Like those shoes, but am thinking black won't work with the dress?
