I got a knitted linen top from Boden recently. I wore it last week for two days. I washed it yesterday and it has come out with a hole in it. Nothing in the machine with it had any thing to snag on at all - I just checked the whole machine and wash load extremely carefully. It was on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees as per washing instructions.
Am I within my rights to call them to ask for an exchange? Obviously I cannot prove any of this, but I shop there quite a lot so I would hope they might give me the benefit of the doubt....
