How to clean these DM's?

My lovely DH bought me a pair of DM's for my birthday these I have always wanted a pair. But these are white and the purple flowers are raised, flock type embelishments so how the blimmin' 'eck do I clean them? Has anyone got any tips or idea's?

Though what the hell made him to get white I do not know, they are like nothing I have ever looked at when I have looked at DM's. I prefer this sort of thing or this

A child's toothbrush and a very steady hand?!

It might be worth trying to find clear polish to put over them, although I'm not sure what that would do to the embelishments, might just help to protect them though...

Spray them with waterproof spray regularly and then what Fairy said

Will pop into town tomorrow and get some spray and clear polish, got several toothbrushes put aside for various things so will grab one of those.
