8?

I'm really really bored of i). feeling like a freak of foot in shoe shops ii). not being able to wear pretty shoes in my size 9 and iii). having to shell out ££££ more for a larger size.

Gah.

I ordered Viva la Diva shoes. Once. I wasn't sure whether to return them or burn them so they couldn't be inflicted on anyone else.

Actually a 42 used to be a 9, and was so for many years. It's only in the last, I don't know, 5 years or so that it's changed - I have no idea why. And not all shops are consisent, so some of them still call a 41 an 8.

Never bought any of the Viva own brand stuff - stuck to the mainstream brands on their site so far, I'll bear your advice next time I'm shopping Grin.

I've got no idea if the shop in Hammersmith is still there/still ordering everything in 9s. I only live a bus ride away now, but haven't been there for at least 9 years. I can't even remember what it was called.

I need to buy new sandals/shoes/boots. I've been avoiding it as it's just such a pain. I'll probably head to Office and see what I can find. I used to buy boots from LK Bennett in the sale, they were perfect for my long but narrow feet. Ah well, birkenstocks all summer for me again and I'll just tackle the rest later (as usual).
