Do you like my new dress?

I ordered it today, last one available. I hope it fits and looks nice. I have good legs but a bit of a dodgy middle section so short shift-style things suit me:

Sorry...? How much? £166 for a very basic looking dress?

Well, it's your money...

It looks much better with the belt but it does look like a nightshirt im afraid to say. Its very pricey as well

Zara do a similar shape dress in linen here

Well it arrived and I still like it but DH said first "Is it a bit big for you?" and when I asked if he thought it looked like a nightie he said "more like a hospital gown".

I honestly think it looks nice on. I think it's the sort of thing I'd wear loads and not just for one summer. It's so soft and comfortable and it has loads of lovely details.

I'll ask some of my female friends when they come over on Monday but if they agree that it's not a good look then I'll go with the majority opinion and return it.
