Help! What to wear to a wedding at 7 month pg?

My friends wedding is in one month and I'd like to look good despite my size. I have a small frame (normally a size 8) so when pg my bump looks huge and my bum is big too. Legs look ok but arms not great. Any ideas?

A navy blue dress, huge handbag, sky high heels, a silly hat and lots of make up - and remember to fown a lot - on second thoughts VB not a good role model - absoloutely anything other than the above would look better!
Hope someone more sensible will be along to help you, though I think Isabella Oliver is the usual suggestion.

MollyFloss... I wore a dress from Tiffany Rose to a wedding on Sat, I am 30 weeks, but with twins, so my bump is huge, it did cost me £169 but they sell really well on ebay second hand. Everyone complemented my dress it was the Chloe maternity dress in antique rose. I felt great in it.
Worth every penny, they have some lovely dresses on that site.
The lace overlay is great for covering arms without looking frumpy
here it is

I went to a wedding when 7 months preg with DD2.

I wore a purple jersey dress from Seraphine similar to this and wore it loads after the wedding too during the summer with leggings.

Wore it with blood orange heels and orange pashmina.

I got a great (v cheap - £26) dress from Dorothy Perkins online which I'll be sporting to a wedding at 8 mo preggers. They had a few nice ones - good if your legs are good as they tend to be short.

I also got a really nice maxi dress from Yumi (recommended by a poster on here) which again was about £25 and is my standby if I am too big for the DP dress when the wedding comes around :)

Walterflips LOVING your dress - how gorgeous!

Waterflipshicks: Great minds think alike! That is the one dress I had picked out from Tiffany Rose. I think it looks fab in the pics and was wondering how it is in RL. Thanks for letting me know. I think I will order it! Are the sizes generous. When not pg I'm usually an 8 so think I would oreder the 8-10. What do you think? Now why didn't VB wear something like that.

whoneedssleepanyway: The purple seraphine dress is very nice too. Not sure if the colour would look good on me and those kind of dresses seem to cling to me when pg. Still is very nice in the pic. Cute sleeves.

daimbardiva: Do you have a pic of the dress you ordered from Dorothy Perkins.

TethersEnd: Am going to go through all those suggestions now. Thanks!

Tethersend: I love the first one. Ruched in black might be very flattering and the little bit of sleeve would probably flatter the arms. I think I will order that one too and decide between it and the chloe pink one from Tiffany Rose. Totally different dresses but will give me choice and I will send back the one I don't want.

The red wrap twist dress from Topshop looks like a good style too but is orange on my screen....

How strange!! Im normally a 12 but because of the twin bump, combined with massive pregnancy boobs i ordered 14/16 it fit perfectly, the lining is jersey though so plenty of stretching room. I would go for 8/10 yes Smile
