Hi there... I've got two weeks to a wedding and 3 to a reunion which I'm dreading. I used to be slim and not bad looking but these days I just feel frumpy, tired and old. I'm only 39 but theres about a stone too much of me. I'm also suffering from insomnia at the moment so everything seems pretty shit. I'm feeling too sorry for myself to even dress shop for this wedding and hoping I will squeeze into something I have. (I have a black LK bennett Tina dress if anyone knows it... sorry cant do the link thing yet, I'm new here)
My question is... what is the fastest way to drop a few pounds in two weeks. And i know crash dieting is not healthy but I'm desperate at this stage. Or any other tips on trying to feel better. I'm going to start rescue remedy sleep tonight... that may help my sleep and my mood in general.
