How do I get rid of the dangly skin that seems to have appeared out of nowhere? I don't think it's fat - it's skin that's dropped south - is there a miracle cream, or some sort of exercise regime? I need help now or by next week I'll look like a bloodhound.

Nexercise by Mama Mio is excellent. I have been using it for 5 months now and love it. It is expensive but a little goes a long way.

Thank you Tulpe - that looks good - I might treat myself Smile

That's me. Hideous turkey neck and I wasn't even aware of it until I saw some photos of myself recently and nearly passed out. I'm very tempted by Nexercise. Thought I was a lost cause.

Winefairy - it was a photo that alerted me too - quite a shock Shock

There's a facial yoga exercise you can do. Point your chin upwards and stick your bottom lip/jaw forward and make sort of fish mouths towards the ceiling (I know that's a rubiish description! Youtube may have a video that's more helpful!)

Also saw (on youtube) - stick bottom jaw out and raise and lower your chin (point it up high) for 20 times slowly. A couple of times a day.

Sposed to strengthen neck muscles.

How do you do the Audrey then Tulpe?

winefairy · 28/04/2011 17:59

KurriKurri, to make matters worse it was a photo that someone posted of me on facebook. Now the world and it's uncle knows I'm part turkey. (Serves me right for ever entertaining the fickle world of facebook). I shall order Nexercise and trawl through youtube in the meantime. Shocking though, isn't it?

I think to really get rid of a turkey neck (and im chief turkey)the only option is surgery.
