I know it keeps being done, but clothes for big boobs?

I have decided I will go out tomorrow and buy two nice tops that actually fit my present size (I'm breastfeeding, keep hoping to be able to stop but DS has other ideas). I'm an hourglass and at the moment, apart from the revolting boobs, quite thin (size 6-8, I think). I'm really fed up with looking such a frump: all my nice tops from pre-DS are too tight across the chest.

Where should I start looking? I thought of Bravissimo but their new Peppapig Pepperberry line doesn't have a single thing in it that I like. I don't want to spend a fortune as I assume I will eventually get rid of the disgusting Katie Price boobs (if stopping breastfeeding doesn't do it, I'm saving up for surgery to reduce them).

Ah yes, I'm in the same predicament - where did these huge chesticles come From?!

TBH I am buying vests from Primark, as I expect not to be a 32EE forever, but the size 10's in Primark do stretch across the chest.

Also, have had success with a couple of dresses from Topshop - 50's style, which seem to be hourglasses and so have a bit more room for the chest.

As an aside, you seem disgusted by your chest atm, which seems sad. I'm sure that while they're different from what you're used to, it's not so bad, and perhaps quite attractive!

Definitely not attractive, though thank you for the friendly thought: I was a 30EE pre-pregnancy, so hardly under-endowed, and I'm a 28H now. Even before pregnancy I could have done with being a cup size or two smaller. They're totally out of proportion, and as I'm so short (only 5 feet) I just look fat and shapeless all over, which is particularly unfair as I'm presently thin to the point of being scrawny everywhere else - DS has eaten most of my fat reserves by now.

Will try Topshop (if I can move in there for teenage girls...).

I'm not as small as you, but have the big chest small waist thing and it is a pain in the butt to dress sometimes.

I have had a few nice tops/dresses from Bravissimo but just very plain ones (some of their stuff is frumptastic!) and I am a fan of their bra vests. In terms of tops, I tend to wear a lot of stuff which either ties or looks good with a belt. It does accentuate my chest a bit, but I prefer that to looking 2 dress sizes bigger all over. Anything which isn't well fitted at the waist is a disaster. Fifties style stuff tends to look very nice on me - waist is reallly shown off well by it

Can you sew at all (or know anyone who can?) - sometimes I've bought stuff to fit my chest and then had it taken in at the waist.

I just wear stretchy material.
Anything other than stretchy looks mumsy and horrid
