Spray tan virgin!............how do I exfoliate?

I am going for a spray tan on Tuesday.

Instructions say to exfoliate and shave 24 hours before.

What do I use to exfoliate?

I use the exfoliating gloves from boots or £land or somewhere with just a shower gel (soap and glory clean on me) and use baby lotion after.

Don't shower, moisturise, wear any makeup, perfume or deodorant on the day of your app.

will a brillo pad do?????

could just use sea salt or sugar mixed with olive oil - better than any goo you can buy imo although exfoliating mitts are good too

pay particular attention to knees, ankles, elbows and any rough patches

remember to lift bum cheeks

I would add that in my experience it's better to use a non oil based exfoliator. I used an oil based body scrub in the past and the tan did not adhere properly and washed off too soon.
Better to use a soap based scrub
