I had never heard of Boden until I joined mumsnet, looked into it and it so wasnt for me! But I can tell Boden mums in the playground now....

Not going to turn this into a "defend Boden" thread as it's been done to death.

If you don't like it, don't buy it but it's not up to you to moderate what we post about- or wear.

I also wonder if the Boden mummys are fellow mumsnetters. Nothing against anyone that wears it though, just like they wont like my asda/primark clothes but are adult enough to realise people shop in different places (hmm we will see!)

I buy stuff for myself and DC from Boden and like like like.... Would never pay full price for it though - hence the excitement over decent discounts!!
I certainly don't expect everyone to like what I wear - it would be a boring world if we all dressed the same... Needtogetalife is right, I simply can't get excited about clothes from shops where I buy my cereal... but I have friends who love it... each to their own

boden actually used to be quite nice, i'm talking 6 or 7 years ago. now, the range has morphed into a hotch potch parody of itself.
