low heeled shoes for driving lessons - summery?

I am pg and having driving lessons, need some vaguely summery shoes to drive in as I've been wearing M&S ankle boots up till now, which have about 1.5 or 2inch heel on them.

Tried driving in my fitflop shoes today and it was extremely uncomfortable, plus I couldn't feel what I was doing.

Normally live in fitflops over the summer so now need an alternative that will give me a bit of a lift and allow me to feel the pedals.

Any tips?

Tod's loafersSmile OR ballet pumps OR low wedges. I find driving in heels weird.

I'm short so find i need a bit of a heel to give me something to pivot against when shifting from gas to brake.

I wouldn't normally shop in marks and spencers but I was given some vouchers recently and got a pair of espadrille wedges. They aren't too high but do give some extra height.

I am not sure how to do links but I'm sure they would be on their website. They were only £15 and are so comfy too. I drive and have no probs driving in these.
