-It's from next
-It's floral
-It's called 'ditsy'

And yet!

I love it.

It has sleeves.

I like the print.

And yet!

The bastard's sold out.

I need a size 16... can anyone find anything similar?

I like the Wallis one, but not keen on the sleeves. I really wanted at least a half sleeve... ditto the Monsoon one, and the Biba one is fab but about £100 over budget, sadly.

Jackie, the print on the redherring one is too loud i think... the Vero moda one is ok, but only goes up to a 14 and I don't think it's the type of style you could wear too small.

Is it worth ringing Next?

Worth a phone call, I reckon, to see whether they might be getting more in. It might also be worth going into a branch of Next, and seeing if they have them there, and if they do, but just not the right size, they might ring round other branches for you - worth a try.

I just rang the orderline and they were most unhelpful.

Refused to tell me anything.

So now I must find an alternative which involves me not giving ANY money to next!

I know, I have let you down, I've let S&B down and most of all I've let myself down.

The thing is, I am 70s obsessed and have been for many years... Most of my clothes are 70s vintage and I am really confused by the 70s vibe in the shops at the moment. Some stuff I love, some is dire and makes me angry but I am most upset that my vintage wardrobe will be 'last season' in a few months
