Am off to a wedding, have my dres, shoes and cardy but now i need to buy some tights as the wedding is is N Ireland in a fortnight. Where in kingston is good to buy tights and what kind of colour do you think would go? I'm guessing taupe to go with shoes/ cardy?

M and S Autograph, John Lewis, Bentalls.

Love the dress and shoes, btw.

NinjaChipmunk · 14/04/2011 20:56

Do. You think tights to match the shoes or to match the background of the dress?

Nude tights would be best. As sheer as possible.

You'll look lovely!

John Lewis or M&S both great for tights.

Yes, the M and S 7 Denier nude ones would be fine.

In matte, not shiny.

God yes. Shiny tights make even the skinniest legs look like sausages.

Bentalls is good but its worth taking a quick look in tkmaxx as they often have good quality,(eg woolford) tights for a fraction of the price.

thanks very much for this, will head into town tomorrow for a look. Noted re matte not shiny!
