what is this skirt?

Ok I saw this woman walking down the road today wearing a long tight/stretchy skirt (kind of like jersey material), with expensive looking tan coloured gladiators but not too over the top. Is this a maxi skirt? Can't remember what she was wearing on top - didn't want to stare too much! Feeling a bit bored of wearing the "uniform" at the moment and need some inspiration! What would one wear with this skirt and will I be brave enough to wear one! She was very skinny looking!

oooh I like both, think hers was tighter, or she wasn't quite as skinny as the model in the pictures. Thought it maybe quite nice when the weather is not warm enough for a shorter skirt, and looks dare I say it comfy!!

I saw a woman wearing what I can only describe as a calf-length jersey hobble skirt the other day - it looked it was probably a tube of very stretchy jersey, really tight & clingy to about 2 inches below the knee. No split at the base, but it looked a bit wrinkled / ruched.

It looked great, much more fitted & a bit longer than a pencil skirt, definitely not any kind of a maxi skirt.

It was mustard yellow & really tight at the knee, but it must have had some stretch to be able to walk in, and she was wearing it with cork wedges.

I haven't seen anything like it anywhere

it isn't tight but very, very comfortable and a nice alternative to all the flared palazzo pants that are around at the moment that just highlight my droopy bum

I got a sheer white cotton blouse to go with it here

it will also double as a cover up on the beach worn as a sundress

tube skirt maybe ? they seem to be in shops at the mo alongside maxi skirts.basically just a tube of jersey ish material long and straight but stretchy too.

i had a grey one as a student, it was ok until you needed to step up a big step like onto a bus or something and discover that you can't get your legs apart - and don't even think about sitting on a bench seat that you need to step over
