Bought a dress from warehouse online was no good and been meaning to return it. Realised the 30 day return period expired this weekend. If I post it back tomorrow do u think they will still refund me? What is worst case scenario?

Once they have received it back, its easier for them to process it than cause a din. Go for it - you have nothing to lose. They are not entitled to keep it without refunding.

Yep. I reckon so. I've done this a few times with different websites, most recently with Figleaves - I was at least a month late sending them back and was expecting a snotty email from them asking me what I was thinking sending things back so late and expecting a refund but I got my refund without the slightest quibble.

I bet you'll be fine. It seems much easier to return things bought online than in shops where if you're 30 seconds over the date they turn up their nose at you and treat you as if you're asking for the earth.

(Can you tell I'm an extremely indecisive shopper who has extensive experience in sending/taking things back?!)

I frequently overshoot the Next return limit (7 days!) and they never bat an eyelid. I think if you were months over they might not be too pleased, but I don't imagine you'll have a problem.
