please help! I have awful dark circles, nothing gets rid of them and nothing covers them properly. I'm desperate to find a solution.

Benefit Lemonaid and also the rollerball concealor thing, can't remember who it's by but it's good.

Erase paste by Benefit?

I have recently started using lancome genefique eye cream and my dark circles have dramatically reduced - its ££ but the only eye cream that's ever worked (I've tried a few!) and I only use a tiny amount

For concealer tips look at Sali Hughes column here

Bobbi Brown corrector followed by yellow toned concealer. Need to go to a counter to find your colours as different skin tones need different undertones in the corrector. I am super pale with very purple dark circles and use Porcelain Bisque corrector followed by Porcelain Concealer. They make me look alive! Quite literally the only under eye concealer I've ever found that has worked properly.

I would agree with Pippaandpolly, Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer are the only products that I use now after discovering them a couple of years ago. They come in small pots and last forever. They also do a pen which has a lighter coverage, but go to the counter and they will sort you out.

not sure there is one apart from getting rid of dairy, wheat, meat, wine, sugar, etc.....and getting lots of sleep and water........err, I dont think so...

am currently trialling a 6 week serum from Luzern Laboratories (£80!), has been 1 week and no difference so far.....will update if there suddenly is!

MissFoodie · 12/04/2011 14:56

Oh, another tip from my dermatologist friend. No cream works on dark circles, so save your money.

Only makeup, and restylane (although personally I would never have this particular procedure as it's too tricky) to fill out any 'troughs'.

I did a big thread about this a while ago (search tear troughs) and yes, the Bobbi Brown products are the best. I've used high end (even $90 Cle de Peau) and middle end. All of them and bobbi (or eve pearl, but she's hard to get in UK) is the best.
