Semi permanent eyebrows

Hi

I was just wondering if there is anyone who has had permanent/semi perm eyebrows done who can give me some real-life reviews of what it was like. I have awful eyebrows - combination of overplucking when I was young, bad shape anyway and them being several shades lighter than my natural haircolour means I'm always getting them tinted or trying to colour them in.

I'm tempted (very) by this procedure BUT I'm scared of needles, and I'm a big baby! Can anyone tell me how the pain level would compare to, say, having you eyebrows threaded? I am a bit better on the needles front since having a baby admittedly, something to do with the repetitive stabbing!

I'm sure some of the S&B Gurus must have had this done!

Thanks

if you find someone with good eyebrows I would trust them! Can't comment on the pain but I think getting a good shape for your eyebrows with colour if you have overplucked, is incredibly important. So many people have awful eyebrows. what about getting someone to draw the shape first so you can see the effect. To my eye tattooed eyebrows when done well are infinitely better than overplucked sperm shaped eyebrows.

Nothing can be as bad as threading! But I haven't actually had it done - sorry!

Thanks. I think they would help - my 'original' eyebrows were quite wide and slug like (NOT PRETTY) but still quite sparse. They're now a better shape, but still sparse which means they don't really stand out much, and quite straight - not much arch to them or enough length

A slight problem when I have very dark, thick brown hair.

Would still love to hear from anyone on the pain aspect!

I'm bouncing this as I'm considering having this done too. Just don't want too look too "done" or fake as I go without makeup a lot.
