Navy shrug/short cardi, anywhere?

I am looking for a short navy cardi to wear with this dress: www.phase-eight.co.uk/fcp/product/warehouse/All-Sale/Stripe-Renee-Dress/201288287 but I can't find one anywhere - any suggestions please?

I am 5'1", so I need something short/cropped, preferably with 3/4 or short sleeves, as full length sleeves are always too long and I ahve to turn them up (and they're not very summery). I'm a size 10 on top. I wouldn't do the cardi up. I was toying with getting a cream cardi, but I'm pale skinned, and I don't think it will do me any favours. I think that's everything!

Have you tried Monsoon? They usually have one in various colours and I got a navy one last year or the year before, which has served me well!
