Any reason why boys of 11 and 13 can't wear these sandals?

I am loving these lighter soled, bucking sandals for my sons - very 70s and retro - with bare feet or socks I think they are lovely.

Any thoughts?

My 13 year old just wears crocs. Wouldn't wear those. Teenage boys are very cruel.

Do your boys actually like them?

Aren't they old enough to choose their own sandals (within reason naturally).

My boys, who are older teens, wear either flip flops or pool sandals in the summer. Whe they were more active, they wore the sandals with loads of Velcro, from outdoor brands, such as Columbia or Teva.

Timberland do some nice boys sandals.

Imagine if your son was wearing the clarks ones and so was a friends mum. Or if a friends mum has them. Don't make your sons wear womens clothes. It's really really not fair. 13 year olds just want to fit in with the crowd. Any little thing that makes them a laughing stock and it's awful for them.

Yes, Timberland would be a good choice.

The OP needs to visit her local Millets rather than Clarks. Clarks is where you buy driving shoes.

They are: girly and frumpy. Do you want your sons ridiculed? If its their personal style, then fine. If not it would be like the gross boyish shoes I got as a child, and I still feel the scars of that.
