North Face Arctic Parka - how to wash?

After a long winter of constant use my Parka is definitely in need of a wash (it's a little bit fragrant!) I can't find any washing instructions and a cursory scan of the internet hasn't produced any results. Anyone else had to clean theirs? I have sponged the surface a few times but this time it needs a deep clean.

Also, tumble dry with a couple of tennis balls and it'll help puff the feather up.

north face .... I have said..I have washed hundreds of puffa s before including NOrth Face. If you are unsure please find a dry cleaner or launderette that will do it for you .( make sure they know what they are doing ) Personally I feel it is something done better with industial size washing machins and dryers and have always taken mine to my shop. I have had loads of puffa over the years. They take approx 3 hours to dry in out very large dryers and to be honest I have never tried in a domestic dryer. I have heard they dry ok naturally in airing cupboards etc and on sunny days but have never tried this method before.
