Don't know why you are trying to say water doesn't help then posting links which disprove your comment. So far all they say is that we get a lot of water from our food and all forms of beverages other than alcohol so there is isn't a need to be drinking loads of water everyday BUT they also say water is important so........

Obviously you don't know much about osmolarity within the body :)

you see people NEEDLESSLY sipping water all day thinking it will turn them into bloody claudia shiffer

and they are old munters

you drink and eat enough water

surplus water makes no diff

Doctors always say things like that though as they can never give bloody credit to anything that is not medical based 100% and they are also v non committal about things which patients do themselves. It did work for me but I am not sure if everyone gets those results. Every cell loses rigidity in its wall if it doesn't get enough water that is a fact( I learned all this from doctor) this causes wrinkling and dullness.Worth a try for a couple of weeks to see what happens. My hair was also incredible after teh trial although not sure what that was cause dby.

didn't think coffee counts (I guzzle it) .Thought you had to have a glass of wter after a cup of coffee to balance it out.

Is that rubbish then?

noddyholder · 25/03/2011 17:42

You do not take in and pass out the exact same volume of water! It varies
