I need a hat and a dress in 3 weeks

for a wedding that is going to be dressier and more expensive then the two Royal weddings combined and to complicate matters I am in Irl and working all hrs so need to buy online Please please please help me.
Oh and I am very pale but with long black hair and a size 8/10 and have no assets and approx Euro 200 to spend but I do have a shoe collection of every colour and style with matching bags

Oh and high mass type thing so needs to cover shoulders and upper arms and am only 5ft 1 and hats don't really suit me

Thank you tethersend, I love the blue hat, I am not sure about the dress, but I think that is because of the colour as I do wear that style but would prefer dressier , the other hat is nice but not dressy enough puts on wish list

If you're not keen on hats would you consider wearing a fascinator instead? Places like debenhams have a nice selection at good prices.

As for the outfit itself, does it need to cover your shoulders/upper arms for the entire day or just for the church part?

jacket in pink/red or black (match to shoes)
pseudo hat, hairband thingy

Cover shoulders for just the church and the very dressy rest of day,
The day plan is wedding 12.30 mass, 3pm garden party/high tea
Dump DC and Champagne reception at 6pm evening meal at 7 pm [5 course] Swing band 9-11 pm, evening finger food and wedding cake DJ till 1.30 am residents bar then for night cap

I love the fasinator/hat FauxFox I just got hat stuck in my head as that is what bride said and did not think of facinators , dress is lovely but to daytime for the evening I think.
