What to wear to a baptism

Hi - any suggestions? Intending to look smart but should I be aiming for wedding smart or slightly less?!

Bit less I'd say. I would wear a dress and cardi, or smart trousers and a nice blouse if your not a fan of dresses.

I'd say it's "Sunday best" rather than full on dressy like a wedding.

I'd probably wear a dress with jacket or smart cardie, and I wouldn't wear black.

Bit less than wedding smart, Sunday best is a good description :)
