Hi i need to know if it is better to buy a size down rather than your regular size - would they work better?

only if you want them to shift all your fat out the sides? (this happened to me when I bought the smaller size)

Get the regular size.

My personal experience is if you have them too small they squeeze out a roll of fat from the top - muffin top stylee. Not a good look.

Nooooo don't do it. You will be horribly uncomfortable and have unslightly muffin top. Trust me Smile

Yes, get a size smaller but only if they go up to under your bra strap to hold all that bit in too

Unless they're over the shoulder and down to the knee, get the right size. The ones which pull up to under your norks will have much more of a tendency to roll down if it's a size too small.

Thanks girls I suspected as much!

If they're too small you may even have trouble getting the buggers on - some brands are uber tight. As others have said, you will also maximise flab displacement problems and may find that sitting down and eaing become extremely uncomfortable. Go for your size Wink

No get your proper size

TattyDevine · 18/03/2011 14:47

Even if they are over the shoulder and down to the knee, in some brands the elastic fibres break if you ram in so just get your normal size!
