has anyone taken them? How long do they take to work and do they make your skin worse before it gets better?

I have a big party on Saturday and I started taking them last Friday. My skin has got worse - not better! Any chance it's the tablets and if so should I stop straight away or keep going?

HELP!

Do you mean perfectil tablets? I have been taking them for a year. I think they are brilliant after about a month. Nails are so strong, loads of hair growth and skin really cleared up (but i must admit has fluctuated) I am nearly 40 with ok skin, terrible nails normally and ok hair.. I swear by these tablets now though

I have been taking perfectil for about 12 years. I'm 48 and told I look a lot younger. My skin is pretty smooth and my nails strong. I have quite fine hair but use my Babyliss Big Hair to give more volume.
I dont know if these tablets work or not as I tend to look after my skin, keep out of the sun and dont smoke so maybe I wouldn't need them anyway but they also double as vitamin pills so I'll keep taking them.
The cost of about £8 a month isn't too bad IMO - don't know if I would pay the £30 plus for the Imadeen though

  • it would be interesting to see if anyone uses Imadeen on here.

I started them a month ago and they are good, if nothing else you are getting a lot of good vitamins at proper doses.
My sister had problems with her skin, and she started them 5 months ago and swears by them, she has seen tremendous difference- she stopped for a few weeks due to a supply problem (she lives overseas) and her skin deteriorated.
I wouldnt imagine you will see a difference quickly, as some of the vitamins take a while to get stored in your body- so the problem wouldnt be them.

PS am also talking about prefectil.

I loved Perfectil. They don't work miracles but they definitely make you look better - fewer spots and glowing skin. The originals are good but the Gold version with two tablets was amazing; if ever I didn't take them for a few days my face would turn grey.

You can't take Perfectil when TTC, so I've had to stop. Anf have a big ass zit on my cheek right now, grrr.
