Power dresses with sleeves

Has anyone noticed lots of the dresses that go with a jacket, skirt and trousers combo's all seem to be sleeveless exposing arm pits ?

I cannot be the only one who would not get away with that ? (I have a small tattoo)
Also being quite busty I need a scoop neckline but in a wool/mix fabric.
Don't want much do I, any nice ones around.

What I do (and a lot of the women I work with do the same) is wear long sleeved tops underneath these type of dresses. I don't have any issues with my arms, but it feels wrong to be wearing something sleeveless in winter !!!
