The dress I posted has some wiring up through the chest area which adds a bit of extra erm, volume, in that area.

Put it this way, I have it in a size 16 (vintage sizing, you need to look at measurements on the site rather than your usual size - I am normally a 12-14) and I'm a 34d so not mega busty for my size. I did find if I poked the cup area it would go in and then bounce back out again when I took my finger away, much to mine and other's hilarity at my party but it didn't look odd. So I'd say quite good if you want to add the illusion of a bit more "curve".
