This evening I ordered something from there first time ever. Have not had a confirmation e-mail yet, like from some other places. Is that normal?

I ordered some very reduced boots. Is the quality generally ok?

Quality is good - have been using them for about 10 years. You should get a confirmation email but it can take a few hours sometimes. If you haven't had one by the morning, give them a ring as the order probably hasn't been processed. Complain & you may get a further reduction

I ordered something last night. It went through and I've had email but they did have a message on saying if you were a new customer to phone up to order due to technical difficulties. I'd give them a ring.

It took 4 weeks for part of my order to arrive! 1 part arrived within 2 weeks but still waiting 5 weeks later for the last 1 item which was apparently in stock when I placed the order but not when they confirmed the order... So in my experience, it has been very slow service but good quality products when they (finally) arrived

I really like LR and have ordered from them for years with no problems. Quality is usually v good (some things a disappointment but more hits than missed I find).

Great for bargains esp in sales. Childrens clothes are V good from LR. A good place to find clothes for dc that are a bit different but not too grown up

Sizes can be on the small side. I do usually get confirmation Emails.

I order from LR frequently and always get confirmation emails and updates on my orders, like others have said delivery can be slow but good quality clothes. I actually can usually get away with a size smaller on certain things too.
