anti-ageing advice / help who to see?

Hello!

the time has come when enough is probably too much already! I need to see someone about my skin, its ageing at speed.

Everyone I have looked into you have to wait a good 6 months to see or they aren't taking patients at the moment. Does anyone have a recommendation of someone to see in London to get that "5 years younger" look, i'd be happy with 2 years :) .

I'm not adverse to intervention like Botox if its needed either (never thought I'd say that before [bush] ).

I need advice on what to use on my skin and how to do it. I also have some enlarged pores that I'd like taken care of.

I'm in London so if anyone knows a good person to see, please let me know.

Thx

deffo see Dr Tracy Mountford of the Cosmetic Skin Clinic- great- very down to earth, friendly and gives a natural look. She is in Harley St once a fortnight and waiting llist is about a 2 weeks- a month but can do short notice too.

She has a website and if you google it's all there.

There was an interesting article in this months Elle magazine about a Dr in London that celebs use for skin care.Read at hairdressers.
She sounded brilliant.
Cant remember her name though.

Diane French at FreshFaces - NW11.

Firstly, drink plenty of water as lines and sallowness on your face could be dehydration.

Sleep - does wonders

USE SUNSCREEN - even in this weather.

Have a couple of microdermabrasions to sort out the surface of your skin, then IPL skin rejuvenation to increase collagen, sort out redness and you will look flawless.

For botox, I'd go to Peter Butler/ Patrick Mallucci at LPSA.

Thanks for the advice. I'll be looking into them all.

The article that was in Vogue I already tried, not taking new patients at the moment.....
