London weekend for 2 young/hip/ stressed out 40 year olds

I am travelling over from Dublin for a weekend in London and were thinking of either having a spa day/ facial etc whilst we are there. Can you recommend anywhere ? Also whilst we are at it, what are your top tips for two young forty year olds to do in London?
We have done the sights and just wonder what you recommend??
