Use dermaolgica skin smoothing moisturizer for last 2-3 years, and before that a lamcome one, but I'm on mat pay & can't justify the £35 odd quid fir a small tube even on beauty flash, so need an alternative; bought a cheap one today from sainsburys and it's crap highly fragranced ( says frag free hmmm) and to thick so criteria is...
Pocket friendly
mid weight
fragrance free or not heavily fragranced so you can smell it whilst wearing it
suitable for dry/ combi skin (have good skin generally blemish free but dry on forhead & red ish on nose/ chin, nice!!)
help!! Thanks

I use Trevarno Skincase. Their nightcream is amazing. Daycream is good, but I prefer the one without an SPF (fussy me).
Service is good too. I order by 'phone and if I do it before midday, it usually arrives the following day (depending on postie, did arrive the day after once!).
Added bonus is it's organic, has no parabens and does not make my eczema flare up. Made from flower extracts from their estate in Cornwall. I know I sound like an advert, it's just I like the night cream that much, I want to rave about it. I'm not employed by them!

Two things I forgot:
1 It's Skincare, not skincase (up too late);
2 Cheaper than Lancome, Clarins & Estee Lauder.

La Roche Posey which is a tenner from Boots.
Brilliant. I used to use Dermalogica too until I found it.

Simple regeneration is cheap, non fragranced, not heavy, but nice texture. I like it.

The Olay Regenerist 3 Point Serum (not the cream). I find it's all I need and you can get it from ebay at half the price of Boots.

I have dry areas but this has sorted me out, beautifully and I've previously never been a big fan of Olay. I used to use Clarins and Roc. Now find the Roc to harsh for my skin.

Lately I've been using the Oilatum Natural Skin Repair. Currently on offer at Sainsbury's I believe, and part of the current Boots 3 for 2 deal too I think - it's around £7 a tube normally.

I find it a bit heavy for use in the morning but it's brilliant at night, no more dryness. I have dry/combi skin too, the dry bits are REALLY dry! Am looking for a high SPF day cream at the moment.

you'll waste a fair bit of money trying other products i'd stick with what works and try and save else where after all you wear your face everyday.
