Do I need a new pair of boots for spring?

I "need" a pair of ankle boots that I can wear with jeans and dresses. Not completely flat, but also not high, as I want to wear them on weekends when I do lots of walking.

I am becoming obsessed and can't find the right pair !
I tried these Ash ones, which I love, but they are too loose and floppy - I have narrow feet and skinny ankles:

So ideally I would like something like the Ash ones but with a zip down the side.

I love these APC ones too, but I don't think I can justify spending that much on a pair of casual shoes:

Your first link doesn't work. Did you mean the Ash Jalouse boots?

If so, try looking at La Redoute - they have loads in this style as I have been thinking about getting some too.

Yes Tulpe, the Jalouse ones in stone - lovely boots but my feet were falling out of them...

Just an update - I bought these boots from Kew today - I hope you approve ! I thought they would go with jeans and also dresses.
