DIY body wraps

Has anyone tried an "at home" body wrap kit?

Am considering trying one to kick start my "get the legs in shape for summer" mission.

I realise they are generally a temporary solution but I get awful fluid retention in my legs and the skin tone is looking sluggish and a little lumpy (sound delicious, no?!)

I feel like I need some real-life inspiration (rather than looking at pictures of slebs with legs on show and then necking a glass of wine and munching on snackage to relieve the pain!)

Get out walking and/or running and forget the miracle cures.
They don't work.
Only shifting t' lard does.

That's my gut feeling, Moondog.

I don't really have any "lard" to shift though - am a size 8 - but have heavy legs, iyswim.

I am slowly getting back in to running but rather tentatively as back injury reared up again Angry. Am also shredding from Monday.

I guess I was thinking I would have a little pick me up as a temporary lift.

Oh if you are only an 8 then obv. not lardy.

I'd be doing a lot of swimming and saunas and diy scrubs i think.
