I am quite tempted though once I had worked out what the hell it was!

It might suit 'those what go out'. I dont really need one for drinking wine in my pyjamas.

Feast your eyes on this ladies.

But I don't understand why you'd need it?

Or is that it? The outfit? No trousers/skirt over the top?

Surely that would be indecent?

ninah · 25/02/2011 07:27

thar looks comfortable ... at least it's 'new, unused' I suppose!

suwoo · 25/02/2011 07:31

I think its for sleb types to wear under tight dresses, so the knicker sides dont show.

OP posts:
tulpe · 25/02/2011 08:56

surely that has to hurt? Confused

CameronCook · 25/02/2011 08:59

Or for cutaway dresses maybe?

diddl · 25/02/2011 09:00

Saw these ages ago-looked more "plastic" though.

Was to wear on the beach.

Had to laugh at "one size fits most"Grin

MmeLindt · 25/02/2011 09:03

Why? When would you wear that?

If your dress is so tight then you should just go commando and be done with it. It is not as if that thing would be any use.

cybilliberty · 25/02/2011 09:04

Imagine if it fell out from under your dress while you were walking along

You'd have to just kick it to one side and carry manfully on

Havingkittens · 25/02/2011 09:05

Yes, for cutaway dresses.

I remember these from the 80s too (showing my age Blush) for wearing under those leggings with the big holes cut up the sides. They also had beach ones so you didn't get tan lines that would show through said clothing.

ZacharyQuack · 25/02/2011 09:11

If it fell out from under your dress, you could stick it on your head and pretend it was your hairband.

Or get two and use them for emergency earmuffs.

lizardqueenie · 25/02/2011 09:20

:o This has made my morning! Cheers!

Mumsnut · 25/02/2011 09:47

Katie Middleton could use that as a fascinator

bleakofheart · 25/02/2011 10:04

DS has just walked in and asked if it's a spatula Grin
If I wore one I'd need a sigmoidoscopy to remove it...

barbieisaskinnybitch · 25/02/2011 10:20
