Do you think it is your shoulders or bust that makes it a "just fit"? fear it might not fit me.

yes, I have the 12.
I think it's my shoulders that make it tight; the bust thing was more that without the good bra my bust met the waistline, which is never a good look; a bigger bust would probably be fine with a good bra but then it would need more room higher up. I think if I was much bigger in either bust or shoulders I would have sized up and since it belts at the waist it would still work overall.
