Moisturising conditioner for sensative skin

I've got rubbish sensative skin. Lost count of the bottles of conditioner I've used once and ended up with an itchy scalp and a red neck.
Used to use the Body Shop honey conditioner, which didn't irritate my skin and made my thick frizzy hair look and feel fab. It's been discontinued and already I'm on conditioner number 4.
Simple hasn't irritated my skin, but isn't doing it on the hair front.

Don't know what to try now. Alot of the natural ones seem to be irritating/ineffective, like the replacement honey conditioner Body Shop brought out......
Help.

I used the naked range from boots which was good but not sure if it's moisturising enough. Now on to tresemme naturals range which is good for skin too and a bit cheaper. :)
I'd avoid anything with sodium laureth sulphate as this seems to dry my skin instantly.

Have you tried the JASON range from health food shops? Or the Lavera sensitive range? Might be worth a go. I know it sounds obvious but I'd also keep the conditioner well clear of your skin. It's only really the lengths and the ends that need it.

My auntie swears by "Yes to Carrots" which you can buy online. It is organic (not Sodium Laureth Sulphate) and she says it's the only one that doesn't leave her head itchy.

Thanks for those suggestions. Have tried Naked and itched. Off to look up "yes to Carrots" if only for the name Grin
