leggings and short skirt - with these heels

I'm after some more advise please :)

I have a skirt just like this one:

Which I'm currently wearing with black leggings and black 3" heel ankle boots.

I;ve just seen some fantastic heels that I'm keen to buy:

Would they go OK with the skirt and leggings?

Think those shoes would look too frumpy tbh. They look too much like work-wear court shoes. Not keen on the combination of that skirt and leggings, sorry, but think it would look slightly better with black peep-toe heels or if you wanted closed-toe something with a slight platform sole like
these

I think leggings and skirts is a look best suited to young girls so would avoid really.

How about opaque tights and some more on-trend heels.

Am intrigued though - are you really a male and is this look for you?
