I have quite dry dull hair and all the conditioners i use seem to make it feel fab the first day but the day after it's back to it's dull dry looking state - any advice for ones that will revitalise my hair

Redken Allsoft shampoo and conditioner. You have to get it from a salon. It's pricey but you don;t need to use much so it does work out to be worth it.

I never buy stuff from Boots etc anymore, it has to be that. I would take it to a desert island.

Lush do a shampoo called Rehab and a conditioner called Retread. The combination of the two is fantastic. I have been told I have "hair like in a shampoo advert" while using them!

I would second redken, I have never had anything else that comes even close, it is pricey but you only need a little bit.

Dp once washed the dog using a whole bottle of redken!

Henna Treatment Wax - about a £1.50 a pot - the best stuff for an intensive conditioning treatment. Been using it since my teens (and I'm 108 now ). It's a once a week thing. Great for DD's long long hair too.

Superdrug, supermarkets all sell it. Cheap but fab.
