Best 'cheap' waterproof mascara?

My eyes water a lot in this windy weather and I come back to my desk after lunch looking like I've been to a funeral.

What do you recommend?

Ooh, my fave is the Natural Collection waterproof - I've tried literally all of them (inc Chanel ect) and I think this is the best - brush is great, stays on...and often on 3 for £5! so you can keep using a new one every couple of months.
