Am in the process of 'out with the old in with the new' with my make-up and bathroom cupboards, and wondered you recommend?

Have heard good things about Dr Haushka. Tried Weleda and not for me. Loving Neals Yard frankincense moisturiser and orange facial oil.

Just wondered what your tried a tested must haves are?

Quite like Dr Bronner's castile soap as well, the rose liquid one.

bristolcities · 15/02/2011 16:28

What Rambling said! Although does tend to last a long time.

Have recently found a fab new range by Pure Lochside - their stuff is all organic and natural. My skin has never looked so good! Their cleansing oil is fab and smells divine.

laosvher · 15/02/2011 20:06

I use Dr H's stuff, my teenagers are using something called 'young and pure' which seems to work well for them and is organic.

NoHunIntended · 16/02/2011 02:07

I am compiling a list of organic stuff here:

ZacharyQuack · 16/02/2011 10:18

Trilogy skincare is lovely, especially the Rosehip Oil.

WhereTheWildThingsWere · 16/02/2011 10:38

Trevano eye cream is amazing and actually works.

stressedanddepressed · 16/02/2011 10:59

Green people do organic lipstick.

polarfox · 16/02/2011 11:11

Thanks stressed I will check it out Smile

AnnVeronica · 16/02/2011 12:22

Anything from John Masters Organics.

Havingkittens · 16/02/2011 13:14

Polarfox it takes a few weeks for your skin to become accustomed to new skincare products, regardless of whether they are organic or chemical. Chopping and changing of products will not give you the best results for this reason.

polarfox · 16/02/2011 16:27

Thanks havingkittens am terrible for chopping and changing- I shall take it on board Wink

brandnewme · 16/02/2011 17:34

I've just got an Une foundation and am v pleased with it.

Neal's Yard moisturisers are nice too.

bluebump · 16/02/2011 17:55

I like Weleda, I think they are organic. I love their seabuckthorn hand cream it is divine.

Havingkittens · 16/02/2011 17:58

My auntie raves about the "Yes to Carrots" and "Yes to Tomatoes" range of products. Not available on the High St though.

caramelgirl · 16/02/2011 19:04

I buy Dr H from german sites, I just googled and lots of sites came up. Was alot cheaper that way. Also, if you feel like being v nice to yourself Dr. H facials are amazing.

HighlandTea · 16/02/2011 20:18

brandnewme if you buy from www.lucyrose.biz/ you can request samples with your order, they will charge you £1 but you will also get a voucher for £1 off your next order.

If you order from www.naturisimo.com/ you can get 5 free samples with every order.

Both sites do free delivery.

For specific products I recommend spiezia facial cleanser, john masters organics range-really like the rose face wash, dr hauschka- particularly the cleansing cream, rose day cream and lip care stick.

For shampoo/conditioner and moistuiser any of the lavera stuff is great-smells amazing.

Makeup I always use lavera and green people
