Hi ladies
As previously mentioned in a 'help - my arse needs containing in some magic pants' thread, I'm off to a wedding in a couple of weeks time. It will be quite groovy and not too formal.
I'm wearing a midnight blue jersey maxi dress. But the question is, what shoes? I'm utterly brassic, so ideally something in my wardrobe would fit the bill. This includes:
Brown mary janes, with small heel
Flat bronze ballet pumps
Flat pewter mary janes
Cream wedge sandals.
So, are flats acceptable with maxi dresses? Are sandals acceptable in Feb (with tights!)? Is brown acceptable at a wedding?
Complicating factors include the fact I can't wear high heels, have no money, and have to have the dress taken up, so need to decide soonish re shoes.
