But middley in terms of smartness.

Seen any?

Up to about £100 to spend.

(I am just going to start a thread every 2 weeks or so until this bloody wedding happens, sorry if you are bored of it already)

Don't like the Pyrus ones, sorry, too shapeless.

Banana Republic one is very pretty but looks like a nightie and is brown.

Currently I am liking

This red/white/black one

This one that is probably too bright

but I may hold off til Spring has properly sprung and there are more non-black choices.

I bpught a maxi from Monsoon very similiar to the one posted on here and have worn it to death(got loads of positive comments on it).So I liked the Monsoon one(tempted but maybe too much like the one hanging in wardrobe) and think the Kalico black and red one is gorgeous!.

Take your point re: nightie, how about this from Mint Velvet

DreamsInBinary · 16/02/2011 21:16

Saw this and thought of you.

Would look fab with your colouring, I think.

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2011 16:12

Mint Velvet one is a lovely pattern, but the V neck is quite high on the model, and as I am young and small of nork I'd rather have a lower V.

That's very pretty DiB, colours are not what I usualy go for but I'll think about it...

I am not here to be helpful. I just want to show everyone this dress which EdgarAleandPie posted on another thread, and made me fall in love with, and I can't have it .

So, I want to share the misery.

TrillianAstra · 21/02/2011 16:27

Oooh, pretty!

Don't worry, I don't expect people to be very helpful! :o
