I have been having some whitening treatment for the past 11 days and realised yesterday I haven't been putting enough of the product in the shield and no wonder there is barely any difference 
. I am meant to do the top teeth for 2 weeks, the bottom 2 for another fortnight then I am having a crown replaced. Clearly I need to catch up, maybe wear both for a bit??
